Service shines despite some flaws

We were welcomed by friendly staff. The lifeguards at the slides were engaging, and the kids loved the kids' club. Absolutely returning for the fantastic service!

However, the wait times for drinks were frustrating, and finding a sunbed felt like a battle. The hotel was overcrowded, which diminished our experience.

The aqua park was a blast for everyone, especially the kids! We also loved the private Boho Beach for a chill vibe and stunning views. Tried out a body scrub at the spa, which was heavenly. The evening entertainment rocked!

A Must-Visit for Families With Kids

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The kids club was great-Cigdem was like a superhero to the kids, keeping them entertained with fun activities! The main restaurant's service was great. The staff really took care of us. It was like they cared about our happiness too.

Sure, it wasn't cheap, but still acceptable given the experience we had.
